Rapeseed oil production process have one-time press method and pre-pressed–solvent extraction method.

Technology Process
The fragrant rapeseed oil process:
Raw rapeseed oil→ impurity removal→ stone removal→ magnetic separation→ fried seeds→ press→ filter→ crude oil.
Rapeseed oil cake→ animal feed/solvent extraction

Rapeseed oil refining process:
Machine-pressed rapeseed oil contains 300-350mg/kg of phosphorus, which can reach the fourth-grade rapeseed oil standard by removing phospholipids and water impurities. Generally, low temperature anhydrous degumming process and low temperature hydration degumming process are used for refining.

1. Low temperature anhydrous degumming process
Crude oil→ clarification tank→ cooling tank→ plate and frame filter→ product
2. Low temperature hydration degumming process
Crude oil→ filtration→ cooling→ hydration tank→ settling tank→ products

Technology Feature

1. Choose fresh, high-quality rapeseed. The moisture content of raw materials should not exceed 10%, and impurities should not exceed 3%.
2. The pretreatment process includes impurity removal, stone removal and magnetic separation. Various impurities in the oil are removed by vibrating screen, stone removal machine and magnetic separator to ensure the high quality of crude oil and the value of filter cake.
3. Frying seeds is a key process in the production of strong coriander seed oil. The moisture and temperature of rapeseed after frying, and the pressing temperature of clinker should be strictly controlled to ensure high oil yield and coriander oil quality.
4. The high pressure screw oil press is used for pressing, the cake thickness is generally controlled at about 1.5mm, and the residual oil can reach 7-8%.
